Instill the heart of giving.

I've always wanted to find a way to get involved in my local cities while bringing together the people I love. What started as an idea transformed into reality when For Brighter Days was created in the summer of 2016. We are a nonprofit organization whose goal is to spread smiles to children in our surrounding communities, while also helping them prepare for their future.

We hope to do this through creating and distributing care packages filled with the educational and personal resources they need, as well as spending the day with students and running reading, writing, art, and self-empowerment workshops.

Education and youth empowerment hit home to me, as the students we visit hold the greatest potential to be the world’s next leaders and groundbreakers. I aspire to be a part of their journey and lift them up to reach their brightest future.

The money we raise that does not go to funding our efforts will go to The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association. This organization supports those who have been affected by the heart condition my friend, Cooper Salsberry, passed away from in 2012. He was the most genuine person I've ever met and continues to inspire me today.

Everyone deserves kindness, love, and the opportunity to fulfill their biggest dreams — and that's what we hope to spread through this charity.
